Finally I've invested the time to share my art on Society6.com. For years I've watched artists around the world create and share their art on this platform and now it's my turn.🤗
I gathered some of my recent artwork that I've already shared on my Instagram Page. After I explored the uploading process it was a fun experience, just create and share my work with the world. Right now I have almost 35 original artwork on the platform. Here are some of my favorite pieces. Visit my shop here 🛍bit.ly/31J5dUg

As a social media junkie, I took the challenge to design a Snapchat Geofilter for my hometown in Puerto Rico. It was really simple the process of submitting to the Snapchat Official Site, they give you three requirements for your Geofilter. And also if you wanna read more on detail you can read the Geofilter Submission Guidelines. On the next step you specify in what area you want your Geofilter to go LIVE. Then comes the upload of the design, fill up the form with your information and you receive an email from Snapchat Team notifying that they received your submission and you are on the waiting for their approval. Here is the design I made for my hometown, Bayamón, Puerto Rico. According to one belief it was named after the local Taíno chief, Bahamon. As per the other belief the name was derived from the Taíno word Bayamongo, which is a river that runs across this region. In turn implying that Bayamón is the area around this main river, which later on became the center of city's development. Because the water/river is part of our history and geography the blue represents our identity, even our local basketball and volleyball teams use those colors in their uniforms. After 4 months of my Geofilter being approved and activated, here are the metrics of the filter. And finally my Geofilter being used by me.
From September 2014 to December 2014 I had the opportunity to teach a Graphic Design Course to freshman students at Columbia Central University. "Typography in Graphic Design" was the course called, I had a blast seeing how my students growth and how their imagination exploded on every new challenge we encountered. Here are some of the best works from my beautiful students at Columbia. I wish them the best in their careers. -Prof. Albino
